We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
Yard of the Month
Starting in May, we will kick off our Yard of the Month program. The Board will select one lawn in Beacon Hill and one in Lakeside Village for this honor. Each selected homeowner will receive a gift card from Calloway's Nursery, our sponsoring organization. Please note that homeowners must be current with assessments to participate.
Fourth of July Flags
Join us in celebrating the Fourth of July by participating in our flag decoration initiative. Families have a great opportunity to get involved by putting flags along the curbs. This event is a wonderful way to show your patriotism and community spirit. Flags will be placed a few days before the Fourth of July and will be picked up after the holiday (except on Sundays). Volunteers are needed to help with both putting out and picking up flags.
National Night Out
National Night Out is an annual neighborhood event where communities across the country connect with law enforcement. We meet the first Tuesday in October from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Common Area. The focus is on getting neighborhoods actively involved in preventing crime and building stronger relationships with law enforcement. We are looking for volunteers to help make this event a success. Join us in making our neighborhood safer and more united.
Holiday Lights
Each December, our Neighborhood Association holds a Holiday Lights decorating contest. First, second, and third-place winners are selected from Beacon Hill and Lakeside Village. All six winners receive a gift card and a yard sign. Homeowners current with their annual Assessment are eligible and are encouraged to have their lights on by 6:00 p.m. on the third Monday in December.
